Kyle Prater will take his 6-5 frame down to the bayou, as he has signed a contract with the New Orleans Saints. Prater initially signed with the Cleveland Browns, but according to Prater and Inside NU, the contract was more of a tryout.
The New Orleans Saints have a history of turning unheralded wideouts into premier targets, like 7th round pick Marques Colston and undrafted free agent Lance Moore.
The terms of the deal are not clear, but Inside NU reports that it is a three-year deal.
