Willie Weinbaum graduated from Medill in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree and went on to earn a master’s degree in 1983. Weinbaum worked with MLB Productions until 1995 when he started with ESPN, where he’s worked as a producer on Outside the Lines, SportsCenter and many other projects. Our Jason Dorow spoke with Weinbaum about his work at ESPN, covering the ‘Cats at WNUR and Pat Fitzgerald’s success at the helm of Northwestern football.
