Northwestern women’s soccer qualifies for NCAA Tournament

Northwestern women’s soccer is in the NCAA Tournament field for the first since 1998.

The Wildcats travel to Washington State (14-5-0) for their preliminary round game Saturday at 7:00 p.m central time. If Northwestern is able to defeat the Cougars, they will play either Duquesne (12-9-1) or the 2-seed West Virginia (16-2-1) in the second round on Nov. 20.
